Rebecca McCune is a Clinical Research Assistant working with Dr. Gregory Tasian at the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness (CPCE). Rebecca works on various projects researching nephrolithiasis, specifically the mechanisms of pain due to ureteral stents among those undergoing ureteroscopy for urinary stones.
Rebecca received her Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior with a minor in Performance Arts, Dance Concentration from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Prior to joining the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) she was involved in research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital studying chronic pain management.
