Christine Paine, MPH

Clinical Research Coordinator

Christine Paine is a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness (CPCE) and PolicyLab at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Christine is working with Dr. Joanne Wood to improve occult injury screening practices for children suspected of being victims of physical abuse.

Prior to working with Dr. Wood, Christine worked with Dr. Christopher Bonafide on developing a novel video method for evaluating alarm fatigue in nurses and identifying ways in which clinicians can improve the transition of care for adolescents and young adults with inflammatory bowel disease. Christine received her Master of Public Health from Drexel University concentrating in Community Health and Prevention. Her research interests include the prevention and treatment of child abuse and intimate partner violence.
